This annual event is part of the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Annual Open House, where over 35 makers, artists, and designers welcome the public behind the scenes. It’s an amazing opportunity to explore one of NYC’s most creative communities—and we’re thrilled to be part of it again this year.

What’s Happening at The MoMeMans Studio
At The MoMeMans, we’re celebrating with an afternoon full of color, creativity, and fun:
We’re clearing inventory to make room for fresh creations. That means big savings on The MoMeMans art, gifts, and one-of-a-kind products. Perfect for early holiday shopping or just snagging something playful for yourself!
Because The MoMeMans is as much about rhythm as it is about art. Swing by and enjoy good vibes with good company.
For kids and adults. Bring your imagination, and we’ll provide the supplies. Doodle, color, and create something that makes you smile.
Be the first to see what we’ve been working on. You might even go home with something brand-new!
Because art and creativity are more fun with fizzy drinks and crunchy snacks.
You’ll also get the chance to meet two jealous-worthy artists who share the studio with me:
Yael Ben-Simon, who blends printmaking with painting to create striking, layered artworks.
Nick Golebiewski, whose paintings capture the vibrancy of New York City’s urban culture and everyday life.
Their work is inspiring, and you won’t want to miss the chance to see it up close and maybe take home an art piece you weren't expecting!
About the Brooklyn Navy Yard Open House
The Brooklyn Navy Yard Annual Open House is a once-a-year celebration of makers, creativity, and community. From 12–5pm, visitors can explore more than 35 studios, factories, and workshops from Brooklyn-based businesses in fashion, art, design, food, tech, and beyond.
This year’s lineup includes everything from ceramics and candles to whiskey tastings, industrial design, painting studios, and more. In addition to open studios, visitors can join timed tours, artist talks, fabrication demos, and family-friendly activities across the campus.
