Obviously reading is an important life skill. But making it fun empowers kiddos! These simple sight word flash cards were just the things to help us make up games at the dinner table and BOOM! We had a Sight Word Master in no time!
Try, Use 'Em or Lose 'Em. Throw down six to eight random words and see how many they can use in a sentence. Or, Silly Sentences. Have them go through the deck and see if they can make a sentence using only sight words. It can get giggly!
And once they become that Master, give them their "I Can Read Sight Words!" Certificate.
