If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you have 30 days to return any purchase and get a full refund—minus shipping costs. Item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition received to be granted a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or irregular. If the item was damaged or irregular, please scroll down to see how you can get a super great replacement at no extra cost to you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Email us at email@example.com with your Order Number, Name of Item(s) and Reason for Return along with a few pictures, if necessary.
- Grab the item(s) with the original packaging and the packing slip and ship to:

PLEASE NOTE: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and we see that the item(s) are in new and unused condition, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.
- If the item fails inspection, naughty naughty. We will email you and try to work something out but we can't guarantee a full refund for used items.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
If you have simply changed your mind and/or think you might love another design and/or size, go ahead and order more! Just kidding, kinda not really, I digress...
We find it easier and faster to handle exchanges as new orders so you don’t have to wait for the return to process. You will always get FREE SHIPPING for new orders that are exchange orders. Once you send us your return email, we will send you a discount code to enter to ensure you get FREE SHIPPING.
To make an exchange, return the item(s) you would like to exchange using the same instructions for RETURNS (above) and place a new order for the new item(s) desired. A credit will be issued once the returned items have been received, inspected and approved.
If you prefer to wait until you get your refund before placing the new order, you can do that too. Just please note this type of transaction will take longer to process.
UH OH! MY REFUND IS LATE OR MISSING!
If it has been more than 15 business days and you still haven’t received your refund, YIKES! Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make sure things went through on our end and ensure you get your money back.
HOW TO GET A FREE REPLACEMENTS FOR IRREGULAR OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Sometimes items come back with slight variations in printing or get damaged in shipping. And that just won't do! If you feel you have received an item with a printing error or was damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace irregular or damaged items at no extra charge to you.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, email us at email@example.com with your Order Number, Name of Item(s) and A Brief Explanation of what appears to be irregular or damaged along with any pictures to help further illustrate the problem
Once we receive your request and agree that it was irregular or damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible to ensure you get a perfect product. In most cases, we do not require the item to be shipped back but do ask that you recycle it and or reuse it somehow so as not to be wasteful to our environment.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM MARKED FINAL SALE?
Nope. Sale items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or refunded.
