LETTER P: Pete + Pete

Pete, a promising ping pong player and puppet parakeet, persistently pleads with his prized puppeteer, also named Pete.

“Please, please, please, can we go? It's the Ping Pong Playoffs, with real ping pong pro's!”

But Pete, the puppeteer, doesn't particularly share this passion for playing ping pong, practicing ping pong, or palling around with ping pong pro's. Pete's passion is puppet shows. And rightly so!

Practically every time the Petes prance past a ping pong place, Pete, the puppeteer, pretends to have people to see, some place to be, or that he has to go pee. Or, hoping to please is Pete Puppet Bro, Pete might propose a pumped-up puppet show.

"What about…Peruvian pan flutes…plus…partner polka dot pantsuits…plummeting by parachute?!?!"

Although, perhaps possibly this year, a panicked puppeteer's passion for ping pong could appear? Putting ping pong in the clear as a promising career?
