A Baby Shower Gift Set that Really Speaks to New Moms
For new moms, the struggle is real. I mean, what just happened? Oh yeah, a human grew inside them, came out in one of two ways—both rude for their own reasons—and now it's completely dependent on them for the next, um remainder of it's life. It's a lot of work. Physically and mentally. Sure they're needy and all, one can expect that, but that love. That love is real. The desire to protect them, to nurture them and to provide for their well-being is unlike anything. And it ain't easy, yo. The guilt alone is enough to drive a sane person bananas.
Thankfully, The Struggle is Real Baby Shower Gift Set has all the goods that will help make their lives a little easier.
New moms need a lot of coffee because of that whole boob/pumping/trying to feed the very hungry baby so it not only stays alive but gets antibodies and grows at a percentage some doctor deems appropriate. With this mug, at least they won't be alone—Ulysses is there. They will be in good company.
They need a journal to write down when the baby actually did suckle, when they peed, when they pooped—because for some reason, doctors make new parents feel all paranoid to make sure the baby is peeing and pooping which, I guess, means they're eating. I know there's an app for that, but did this new mom remember to charge her phone? Chances are, no. Thus, the coffee. It's a full-circle situation that will indeed get better. But not for a few months or several years depending on the child.
Eventually, they will also want to jot down nap times. Because another obsession is the amount of sleep the child is getting. I mean, what's going to happen if they don't get enough sleep? Nobody knows for sure, new parents are too focussed on not finding out.
But speaking of naps, nobody's really worrying too much about naps with this baby sherpa blanket. It is so cozy, it's an instant favorite snuggler for the little snuggler sure to help cutie drift right off to sleep.
The cute bib is necessary because a special someone gifted them a super expensive adorable outfit that proud mom will want to Snap or IG later. Everyone has to see the cuteness. So, no sweat mom! Or um, drool... This bandana will save that outfit! And baby is super cute. Pouting or smiling. Maybe that journal will be pulled out again to jot down these warm thoughts.
They need a tote or a pouch, large and/or small, for all that stuff these tiny humans need when they're out and about. See above for reference. It's like, so much stuff. And when they become toddlers, it'll be filled with snacks, travel activities like an emergency pack of crayons and coloring books and those gross plastic doll things, because this mom will need a spontaneous drink when she runs into a fellow parent friend. Or friend from the past that she hasn't seen since she had a child. Plus! It makes a great gift bag for the actual gift. Win win!
So, this is about much more than a faulty umbrella called Urstella from the Letter U: Ulysses Ulinsky Story in the ZYX Project.
Although, how annoying is it when your umbrella fails on ya? Maybe this is about that too. ;)
